  • Test Results – For privacy reasons test results will not be given over the phone. Please make an appointment to discuss the results with our doctor.

  • Repeat Prescriptions – Repeat prescriptions will not be issued until you have seen your doctor for a review appointment.

  • Referrals – Specialist referrals require an assessment of your condition when seen by your doctor. Referrals cannot be back dated.

  • Recalls/reminder – We have reminder follow up system. Our reception staff will either telephone you or send a recall letter to your address.

  • Privacy – Midland Medical Centre adheres to the National Privacy Principles. To find out more about how we treat your personal information please ask reception.

  • Feedback – We take concerns, suggestions and complaints seriously. Please speak with your doctor or the Practice Manager. Alternatively, you may prefer to write to us.
